What you can automate with Google Sheets

Every step Google Sheets adds to FlowWP, named and described as it appears in the editor, with the plan that includes it.

  • Add a row to a Google Sheet

Set up Google Sheets

  1. 1In FlowWP Pro, open Connections and add a Google Sheets connection.
  2. 2Choose that connection in any Google Sheets step.
  3. 3Test the workflow once, then activate it. Nothing runs before that.

What FlowWP sends to Google Sheets

In FlowWP Pro, when you add a Google Sheets connection or run a Google Sheets step, FlowWP uses your service account key to get an access token from Google, then sends the rows it writes or looks up to the Google Sheets API.

Nothing runs until you activate a workflow, and every run is recorded step by step.

Log WooCommerce orders in a Google Sheet

Every paid order becomes a row: its number, when it was paid, the customer, what they bought and the total. Point it at an empty tab and the first order writes the header row.

Collect Contact Form 7 entries in a Google Sheet
