The problem

What makes this slow by hand

  • Enrollment by hand

A course bought in your store only becomes an enrollment when someone checks the order.

  • Students who quietly stop

Nobody notices the learner who finished one lesson and never came back.

  • A failed quiz is a dead end

The student who fails gets a score, not help, and often leaves the course.

  • Every LMS works its own way

Completions, certificates and messages are set up in a different place for each plugin.

How FlowWP handles it

The same work, as workflows on your own site

  • Enroll on purchaseStart from a paid WooCommerce order and enroll the buyer in a LearnDash, Tutor LMS, LearnPress or LifterLMS course.
  • React to progressFinished lessons and courses are triggers, so a workflow can congratulate the student, award GamiPress points or tag them in your CRM.
  • Catch students who stallWait a few days after they enroll, check their progress and only nudge the ones who have not moved.
  • Help after a failed quizQuiz triggers can run only when a student failed, so the follow-up reaches the people who need it.
  • One canvas for every LMSThe same builder, tokens and run history work for all four LMS plugins, and for the store, CRM and community around them.
  • Progress handled with careEach LMS step says what it does to progress: removing a student from a LearnDash, Tutor LMS or LifterLMS course keeps it.

Before you start

  • Steps appear for the LMS you have. FlowWP adds the steps for LearnDash, Tutor LMS, LearnPress and LifterLMS when the plugin is active, and says so plainly when one is missing.
  • Which plan you need. A finished course is a trigger on Free for LearnPress and LifterLMS. Enrolling students and most lesson and course triggers start on Personal. Quiz triggers, progress checks and LearnDash groups, assignments and essays are on Business.
  • Paid courses. Tutor LMS enrolls a student in a paid course as pending until it is paid for, and LearnPress enrolls through a completed order, as when an administrator enrolls someone.
  • Progress. Removing a student from a LearnDash, Tutor LMS or LifterLMS course keeps their progress. Removing them from a LearnPress course deletes it, and the step says so.
