Triggers and actions

What you can automate with WPForms

Every step WPForms adds to FlowWP, named and described as it appears in the editor, with the plan that includes it.

Triggers 1

Set it up

  1. 1Install and activate WPForms on your WordPress site.
  2. 2FlowWP finds it and adds its steps to the step library. If WPForms is missing, FlowWP says so instead of hiding them.
  3. 3Pick a WPForms step in any workflow. Every value it passes on is in the token picker.

Where it runs

WPForms steps run inside WordPress, on your own server. FlowWP only contacts an outside service when you add a connection to one or use a step that needs it.

Nothing runs until you activate a workflow, and every run is recorded step by step.

Sort enquiries with AI and send them to the right person

Every message is read by AI and filed as a question, a complaint or a sales lead, then passed to whoever handles that. Spam is recognised and dropped quietly.

Draft a support reply from your own pages

An AI agent reads your published content and drafts an answer to the question, then emails the draft to your team. It never replies to the customer itself — a person sends it.

Turn form messages into Groundhogg contacts

Anyone who writes to you becomes a tagged contact, and the message itself is kept as a note on their record — so the next person to speak to them can see it.

    Give members their Discord role

A form where someone hands over their Discord ID gets them the role that opens the members-only channels, a welcome message from the bot, and an invite link if they are not in the server yet.
