    Sends a template you had approved in the WhatsApp Manager. This is the only kind of message WhatsApp allows a business to start a conversation with.

Set it up

  1. 1In FlowWP Pro, open Connections and add a WhatsApp connection.
  2. 2Choose that connection in any WhatsApp step.
  3. 3Test the workflow once, then activate it. Nothing runs before that.

What FlowWP sends

In FlowWP Pro, when you add a WhatsApp connection or run a WhatsApp step, FlowWP sends your access token, the recipient's phone number and the message to Meta's Graph API.

Nothing runs until you activate a workflow, and every run is recorded step by step.

    Find out when a WhatsApp message never arrived

    WhatsApp reports a failure quietly, long after the step that sent it said yes. This catches every one and emails you the number and the code — 131047 is the 24-hour window having closed, 131049 and 131050 are them having opted out, 131026 is a number that cannot receive at all.
