Set it up

  1. 1Install and activate GiveWP on your WordPress site.
  2. 2FlowWP finds it and adds its steps to the step library. If GiveWP is missing, FlowWP says so instead of hiding them.
  3. 3Pick a GiveWP step in any workflow. Every value it passes on is in the token picker.

Where it runs

GiveWP steps run inside WordPress, on your own server. FlowWP only contacts an outside service when you add a connection to one or use a step that needs it.

Nothing runs until you activate a workflow, and every run is recorded step by step.

Thank donors, and thank regulars differently

Every completed donation is thanked — but someone giving for the second time or more gets a letter that says so, and a note goes on their donor record either way.

Tell someone about a large donation

A gift over 500 — change that to whatever is large for you — reaches a person the same day, with the donor’s history beside it, so it can be acknowledged properly.
