Set it up

  1. 1Install and activate Groundhogg on your WordPress site.
  2. 2FlowWP finds it and adds its steps to the step library. If Groundhogg is missing, FlowWP says so instead of hiding them.
  3. 3Pick a Groundhogg step in any workflow. Every value it passes on is in the token picker.

Where it runs

Groundhogg steps run inside WordPress, on your own server. FlowWP only contacts an outside service when you add a connection to one or use a step that needs it.

Nothing runs until you activate a workflow, and every run is recorded step by step.

Thank the people who actually turned up

A day after someone is checked in at the door, they are thanked — and a Groundhogg tag marks them as somebody who comes, not just somebody who registers.

Turn form messages into Groundhogg contacts

Anyone who writes to you becomes a tagged contact, and the message itself is kept as a note on their record — so the next person to speak to them can see it.

Tell sales when a contact clicks a link

A click in one of your emails is the warmest signal you get. This tags the contact and tells your team while they are still reading.
