What each plan includes

What the free version includes, with no caps, and the steps and features each paid plan adds.

Updated

FlowWP has a free plugin and three paid plans. The free plugin, from WordPress.org, is not a trial: it does not expire or count down, it has no caps, and it checks no licence, so it works the same on any number of sites. The paid plans come as FlowWP Pro, which adds steps and features the free plugin does not include, rather than lifting limits on what it already does. Plans build on each other: Business includes everything in Personal, and Agency everything in Business.

No caps on any plan

No plan, Free included, limits how many workflows you build, how many steps each one has, how often they run, or how many webhooks and HTTP requests they use. Nothing is counted against an allowance, and nothing stops at a number. Workflows run on your own server, so your hosting is the only ceiling.

A template is never counted against your plan: you can use any template whose steps your plan includes. For every feature and integration by plan, see the plan comparison.

What each plan adds

  • Free: the visual editor, test runs and run history; If / Else and Only continue if, with AND / OR rules; On error paths and automatic retries; Send Email, HTTP Request, webhooks and the core data tools; and triggers from WordPress and many plugins — a user registers, a post is published, a WooCommerce order is paid, an ACF field is updated, a MemberPress membership is bought, and more.
  • Personal: FlowWP Pro on one site — the rest of WordPress’ triggers and the actions that create and update posts, users and meta; Switch and more comparisons; delays, schedules, loops and variables; file imports and workflow import and export; the connections to Slack, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, Mailchimp and the AI providers; the AI steps and the AI builder, with no daily limit; and the most-used plugin integrations, including WooCommerce, Elementor, ACF and the form plugins.
  • Business: 5 sites, the full set of form, LMS, membership, CRM, marketing and messaging integrations, Respond to webhook, image tools, advanced AI, 90 days of history and priority support.
  • Agency: 25 sites, 180 days of history, and custom automation nodes — your site’s own PHP functions as steps.

Each integration page shows the plan that includes each of its steps.

Steps from a paid plan

  • Steps, templates and comparisons from a paid plan stay visible on Free, badged with the plan that includes them, so you can see what a workflow would need.
  • FlowWP will not switch on a workflow that uses a step your plan does not include, and says which step and which plan.
  • Everything the free version includes keeps working, unchanged, whether or not you ever upgrade.

Plans and prices are on the pricing page. To move to a paid plan, see Upgrade to Premium and Activate your licence.
