The problem

What is done by hand today

Publishing starts a checklist: tell the team, share the post in chat channels, write the newsletter blurb, let the author know about comments. Each step is small, and each is easy to skip.

How the workflow solves it

From the event to the result

  1. Trigger

A post is published — the move into “published”, so fixing a typo later does not run it again — or a post receives a comment. Both are on every plan.

  2. Logic

Only continue if on any value of the post, such as its type or its author, so only the posts you mean go out.

  3. Actions

Email the team or the author, or send the post to any service that takes an incoming webhook with an HTTP Request, on every plan. From Personal: send it to Slack, Discord or Telegram, and have an AI step summarise it for the newsletter with your own AI provider key.

  4. Result

Every post gets the same launch, and nobody has to remember the checklist.

Share new posts to Slack or Discord

Each published post is sent to a chat channel through an incoming webhook. If the channel refuses it, you get an email instead of silence. Works with Slack, Discord, Teams and anything else that takes JSON.

    Announce new posts in Discord

Each published post arrives in your server as a card with its title, summary and a link — rather than a bare URL nobody clicks.

Send new posts to a Telegram channel

Every published post goes to your channel the moment it is live, quietly, so subscribers see it without being pinged.

Summarise new posts for the newsletter

When a post goes live, AI writes a two-sentence summary and emails it to whoever writes the newsletter, so they are not summarising it themselves.
