How templates work

From template to running workflow

Templates carry no hidden behaviour: each one is the same kind of workflow you would build yourself.

  1. 01Pick a templateIn FlowWP, open Templates and choose one. It becomes an ordinary workflow you can change freely.
  2. 02Fill in what only you knowWhich product, which form, who hears about it. The template lists each blank and the editor points at it.
  3. 03Test it, then activateRun it once and check every step. Nothing runs until you press Activate.

Build your WordPress workflow visually.

Start with a template or a blank canvas. Nothing runs until you activate it.
